On 11th May, 2014 Swedish politician and governor Lars Bäckström visited dam in Goczałkowice.
The visit was an opportunity to present technical details of the dam and its efficiency during the flood.
Modern guard system of the complex allows quick response to the flood threat in the region.
Governor Lars Bäckström was familiarized by Andrzej Woźnica, Ph.D. with results of the project “ZiZOZap” dedicated to integrated system for the protection of water tank in Goczałkowice.
