In the interest of safety of all residents of student residence halls (dormitories) in each of the academic housing estates COVID-19 vaccination points will operate on 30 September, 10.00 – 12.00, and on 7 October 12.00 – 14:00. (Thursdays):

Cieszyn – Student Residence Hall UŚKA, room no. 4
We encourage you to take the opportunity. If you wish to vaccinate at points located in student residence halls (dormitories) you need to submit an appropriate declaration during registration for accommodation (link to the form).
People who want to get vaccinated will be required to complete the “COVID-19 pre-vaccination screening form”. People under the age of 18 will complete a form that must be signed by their parents or legal guardians.
