The 4th European Economic Congress will take place in Katowice, on 14th-16th May. EEC is the one of the most important economic events in Central Europe. During three days of Congress there will be debates, discussions, meetings and other accompanying events. The scope of topics will refer to the most important issues of economic and social development of the European countries.

Rector of the University of Silesia in Katowice, full professor Wiesław Banyś, will take part in one of the EEC sessions, entitled Science and business – reliable models of cooperation. The session will start on May 16th, at 9.00 am in the Qubus Hotel.
