Sign up for classes at the Centre for Chinese Language and Culture

The summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024 starts soon, and so the Centre for Chinese Language and Culture of the University of Silesia in Katowice have started registration for Chinese classes in the new semester.

Make sure to sign up by 18 February 2024! The course is addressed to all interested, not only USil employees and students. The classes start on 26 February and end on 14 June 2024. Each class lasts 90 minutes and takes place once a week. You can attend classes on-site (Katowice, ul. Uniwersytecka 4, Room A.014) or online via Zoom.

The classes are planned in groups on various levels: from A0 to A3, and in a group on the advanced level. Classes on the A0-A2+ levels are carried out by Polish and English-speaking teachers, and the advanced group classes are carried out entirely in Chinese. The minimum number of people in a group equals 12, with a limit of 25 people per group.

You have to be an adult or over 16 years old and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part in the course. You can sign up via the registration form. Your registration will be confirmed via email, and all details regarding the one-time admission fee of PLN 90 will be sent after your group has been opened.
