On 4-7 July in Gdynia, the final tournament of the Polish Academic Championship in beach volleyball took place. Our university was represented by the following doubles: Patrycja Bubak-Gamza (Faculty of Natural Sciences) and Marta Szajer Widawska (Faculty of Science and Technology), Kaja Strużyk and Marta Pietroczuk (Faculty of Humanities); and Agata Sowińska (Faculty of Natural Sciences) and Karolina Gajda (Faculty of Science and Technology), which individually took the 7, 12 and 24, respectively. The historic gold medal at the Polish Academic Championship in beach volleyball we took in the general classification.
The coach of the section is Janusz Hajduk from the Centre for Physical Education and Sport.
