dr Paweł Kamiński ‒ stopień doktora nauk humanistycznych w zakresie literaturoznawstwa uzyskałem w 2018 roku na podstawie rozprawy doktorskiej La figure du Juif errant dans la prose française du XXe siècle [Postać Żyda wiecznego tułacza w prozie francuskiej XX wieku], zredagowanej pod kierunkiem prof. dr hab. Magdaleny Wandzioch. Przedmiotem moich zainteresowań badawczych jest współczesna literatura francuska i frankofońska, komparatystyka literacka, studia judaistyczne, dyskurs Shoah, narracje postpamięci, literatura faktu oraz pierwszoosobowa proza narracyjna (autobiografia, autofikcja, dziennik, pamiętnik, świadectwo). Ponadto współpracuję z Wydawnictwem Uniwersytetu Śląskiego jako redaktor i korektor francuskojęzycznych prac naukowych, a także – z wydawnictwem Preston Publishing, pełniąc funkcję korektora i konsultanta językowego przy publikacjach dydaktycznych z języka francuskiego.

Paweł Kamiński (PhD) ‒ I received a doctor’s degree in the humanities (literary studies) in 2018 on the basis of the PhD thesis La figure du Juif errant dans la prose française du XXe siècle [The Figure of the Wandering Jew in 20th-Century French Prose Works], written under the direction of Professor Magdalena Wandzioch. My research interests are related to contemporary French literature, comparative literature, Jewish studies, Holocaust studies, post-memory narratives, non-fictional prose and first-person prose works (autobiography, autofiction, diary, memoirs, testimony). I also work at the University of Silesia Press as a language/copy editor and proofreader of scientific publications written in French.
