We have important news about the 2023 EAWOP Congress, including a submission deadline EXTENSION”
The 21st EAWOP Congress will be held between the 24th to the 27th May 2023 in the fantastic city of Katowice, Poland.
Submissions Deadline EXTENDED !
Submissions have been rolling in every hour, and with so many people adding and updating their work on our Participant Zone, we have decided to EXTEND the submission deadline until the 31st October 2022.
The breadth and reach of our discipline are reflected in the range of topics and format you can submit under, so check out the submission guidelines on our website to learn more.
You can draft, update and submit your paper(s) by creating an account. In 'Participant Zone’ you will be able to draft, update and submit your paper(s) Registration to the Congress will not be required at this stage of the submission process.

Yet Another Keynot Announced !
We are excited to announce our fourth Keynote Janine Bosak!
Janine Bosak is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Dublin City University (DCU) Business School and Director of Research of the Leadership & Talent Institute (LTI) at DCU. Professor Bosak has published research in various leading journals on topics that include stereotypes and prejudice in the workplace, gender and leadership, and employee well-being in organizations.
Janine Bosak joins an excellent list of Keynote speakers that includes Alex Haslam, Marianne Schmid Mast, and Martin C. Euwema. To Learning more about the 2023 EAWOP Congress Keynotes, check out the Invited Speakers tab on our website.

Call for Reviewers
With a constant flow of submissions arriving each day, the need for reviewers is greater than ever. Each paper must be reviewed at least twice to ensure the consistently high level of quality provided to EAWOP Congress delegates.
If you can offer a little of your time and expertise to help us with the reviewing process, simply create an account on the Congress website. You will automatically receive the link to a short survey to gather relevant information.
Call for Workshop Proposals
Every EAWOP Congress offers delegates fantastic options for continued professional development in the form of an excellent range of educational workshops delivered by leading figures in our discipline.
If you or your organisation would like to be considered as a provider of such a workshop, please get in touch.
