Support and personal development groups

As part of the One University Many Possibilities project, the Student and PhD Student Ombudsperson runs support and personal development groups for students of our University.

The meetings aim to enable a deeper understanding of one’s needs, resources and limitations to facilitate a process of conscious change that improves the quality of life, including health well-being and professional development.

Participating in a group allows you to improve your communication skills: to listen more attentively and to express your own needs more clearly. Conducted in the Gestalt current, the workshops provide an opportunity to increase awareness of one’s mental state and better cope with life’s difficulties. They also enable you to develop your ability to empathise with others and their experiences.

Group meetings are held periodically, once a week. The workshop consists of 6 or 8 meetings, held in a specially designed space, which is intended to be a place of safety, comfort, and openness.

The winter semester of the 2023/2024 academic year has already seen the completion of the 6th edition of the project.
