August Chełkowski Institute of Physics of the University of Silesia in Katowice together with the Polish Physical Society and the European COST network “ParticleFace” are organizing the 44th international conference “Matter To The Deepest – Recent Developments In Physics Of Fundamental Interactions”. The event, the subject of which is the theoretical physics of fundamental interactions, has been taking place in Silesia every two years since 1975.
On the first day of the conference at 2 p.m. there will be a public lecture by prof. German Rodrigo titled “The future of particle physics”. Details and a link to the Zoom platform can be found at: indico.if.us.edu.pl.
The conference is widely known not only in Europe, but also around the world, mainly in Asia and America and scientists from Japan, USA, Canada and China participate in it. The aim is to disseminate the results of the latest research in the physics of fundamental interactions, including the significant achievements of Polish scientists and young researchers. This year, the event will be entirely remote.
