Representatives of 6 European institutions from the higher education sector begin their works on the Gender Equality Programme in Academia – Raising Diversity. The project is co-financed by the European Union. Within the strategic partnership, we will develop and disseminate initiatives supporting gender equality and promoting diversity in academic environment.
The first inaugural meeting of the consortium takes place on 3-4 February 2022; the event will be hosted by the University of Silesia in Katowice. Among the guests will be representatives of the University of Miscolc, European University Cyprus, University of Malta, Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, and Euniversity.
The goal of the meeting is to develop a shared understanding of the concept of the GEPARD project in an international team of principal contractors and to plan necessary actions to achieve the expected results. The workshop formula enables the consortium partners to exchange their experiences and expectations in terms of issues covered within the project scope. The project will contribute to strengthening the integration and motivation of the project team.
