Call for proposals for Open University Modules projects for the 2024/2025 academic year begins
On 4 March 2024, the College of General University Education begins the call for proposals for module projects to be implemented in the 2024/2025 academic year as part of the Open University Modules for 1st cycle studies and long-cycle studies, consistent with the New Concept of Studies.
Each academic or team of academics may submit one module proposal, taking into account the criteria and requirements specified in the conditions of the call for proposals.
To submit a module, you must submit draft syllabi between 4 March 2024 and 2 April 2024 via the application form.
The full offer of Open University Modules, after verification by the Team for Open University Modules in terms of compliance of applications with formal requirements (see legal acts), will be announced by 30 April 2024, in the form of a message published on the website of the College of General University Education in the ‘Nabór projektów modułów’ (‘Module projects call for proposal’) tab. At the same time, e-mail confirmations will be sent to those submitting the project.
The final selection of modules to be implemented in the 2024/2025 academic year will be made by students during a two-stage registration, which will be carried out in May of the current academic year 2023/2024. The final list of Open University Modules to be implemented in the 2024/2025 academic year, resulting from the students’ choice, will be announced on the website of the College of General University Education in the ‘Aktualna oferta OMU’ (‘Current Open University Modules offer’) tab no later than 15 June 2024. At the same time, coordinators of the modules registered in the March call for proposals will be informed about the results of student registration by e-mail.
