SCIENCE FOR THE FUTURE
Various studies, creation of test stands for research, translations, proofreading, research visits and participation in conferences – these are just some examples of research activities co-funded in the „Freedom of research” call for proposals under Research Excellence Initiative. In this way, the founders of the initiative intended to support scientific development of employees of the University of Silesia in Katowice, as well as to build ranked publication record, promote and commercialise knowledge.
Did they achieve this goal? This question will be answered by scientists from the University of Silesia, winners of the above-mentioned call for proposals. Their statements will be published on this website as part of “Freedom of research – science for the future” series.
Please watch our short videos, listen to podcasts, and read articles and interviews.
