Candidates qualified in the admission process sign up to the Doctoral School on the dates consistent with the admission schedule. No subscription to the set date means a decision of not to be admitted to the Doctoral School.
- On July 20-22, 2022 – candidates who uploaded a scanned copy of the diploma or a certificate from the dean’s office on successfully completed defense in IRK by July 18, 2022.
- July 26, 2022 – candidates qualified from the reserve list.
- September 13-14, 2022 – candidates who submitted a declaration of a later delivery date by July 18, and candidates from the reserve list who obtained qualification after July 26.
- Candidates from abroad who, for visa and organizational reasons, could not come to Poland immediately after the admission, set an individual registration date with the office of the Doctoral School (diana.pasek@us.edu.pl).

Candidates admitted to the Doctoral School should reserve their time on September 22-23 (Thursday-Friday) for a two-day on-site introductory training.
