Passing workshops with journal editors

Doctoral students participate in meetings with editors of journals that are organized by the Doctoral School, as well as other meetings that may be recognized as part of this subject based on the coordinator’s decision (the doctoral student should contact the coordinator before participating in such an activity).

Individual meetings are workshops or lectures and may be combined with an additional task recommended by the lecturer. After the doctoral student has completed the meetings required for his/her educational program, he/she reports this fact to the Doctoral School office by completing the form:

https://formularze.us.edu.pl/form/index/4610

Applications from the form are completed in USOS once a week (Tuesdays), during period of classes for doctoral students. If the application requires verification by the coordinator, this may extend the passing time.
