- From 1 to 8 July – normal office work hours
- From 11 to 15 July – the office is closed due to admisson and the ESOF conference
- From 18 to 29 July – limited office work – please make an appointment in advance.
- The office is closed in August, except for matters arranged in advance with a specific person.
Due to the deans’ leaves, all documents requiring approval, in particular financial documents, are accepted only until July 25, and then only from September.
During the time of closed office, documents that do not require a quick response from us can be left in the mailbox at the entrance to the building (Bankowa 14) from the reception desk. Please inform us by e-mail in case of leaving documents in the mailbox.
Note – due to the very high workload of the office in July, it should be taken into account that, outside the holiday period, the response time to the sent message may be extended up to 7 days.
