Project description:
The project explores algorithmic bias in contracts, focusing on how AI systems affect the balance between parties. Algorithmic bias is a relatively new phenomenon, and the number of its occurrences continues to grow. Project examines risks such as discrimination and exclusion due to non-transparent mechanisms like credit scoring. The research analyses AI’s role at each contract stage and aims to identify legal tools—both private and public—that can help prevent or mitigate algorithmic discrimination.
