Student Residence Hall no 7

Accessibility of the entrance to the building and control area

The entrance to the dormitory is labelled with an appropriate board and inscription ‘Dom Studenta nr 7’ [Student Residence Hall no. 1]. The entrance is located on the side of the parking in the ‘horseshoe’.

There is a ramp with handrails near the main entrance to the student residence hall. The doorbell is installed at the entrance door, at a height of approximately 1 m. The external door is opened automatically. Upon entering through the external door about 1.5 m to the front and 3 m to the left at a height of 110 cm, there is a porter’s lodge, open 24 hours a day. The internal door is opened by the porter.

Accessibility of corridors, stairs and lifts

The building is four-storey. There is no lift. Upon entering the building, there is a ramp on the left side allowing access to level 0 student rooms (only segments A and B0). Reaching level 0 of segments C, D, E, and F requires taking 4 stairs. The staircases are narrow.

Parking places designated for persons with disabilities and exploitation thereof

Parking space designated for persons with disabilities is located in the parking lot, in front of the main entrance, close to the ramp.
