Dagmara Drzazga, PhD, DLitt, Associate Professor, a lecturer at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School received the Maciej Łukasiewicz Award for the publication about the contemporary civilisation and culture, as well as promoting scientific knowledge. The jury of the Polish Journalists Association Awards has awarded her for the film Generations. The justification of the verdict reads: “The documentary is vibrant, technically excellent, and realised with a lot of class and artistry.”

The results were announced on 17 June during the Polish Journalists Association Awards gala. In this year’s 28th edition of the event, the best works published and broadcast in the Polish media in 2020 were awarded. The awards were granted in 14 categories.

It was not an easy task for the jury as there were 260 journalistic and press photography works. The biggest number of works were submitted to three categories: Stefan Żeromski Awards, Janusz Kurtyka Award, and Maciej Łukasiewicz Award.

The detailed list of winners is available at sdp.pl.
