Magister filologii germańskiej (2006) i historii sztuki (2008), doktor nauk humanistycznych w zakresie nauk o sztuce (2015). Studiowała na Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim i Philipps-Universität Marburg. Od 2017 r. zatrudniona jako adiunkt w Zakładzie Historii Sztuki, a następnie w Instytucie Nauk o Sztuce Uniwersytetu Śląskiego. Laureatka stypendium im. Fritza Sterna (2011) i stypendystka programu Rozwój potencjału i oferty edukacyjnej Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego szansą zwiększenia konkurencyjności Uczelni (2011, 2012). W latach 2009-2014 realizowała grant promotorski Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego Karl Grosser (1850-1918) – śląski architekt epoki późnego historyzmu.
Zainteresowania badawcze: architektura śląska XIX i pierwszej połowy XX wieku, rewitalizacja architektury i terenów poprzemysłowych, zagadnienia współczesnej zieleni miejskiej.
