Stage II: after the results of the qualification procedure are published

Enrol to studies

If your status reads ‘qualified’ — congratulations! This means that, in order to confirm your decision to take up studies, you will need to complete your enrolment. Before you go to the university prepare a set of documents (list). The documents you need to print can be found under ‘Documents and Next Steps’. To print them out you need to have filled in your: personal data, details regarding your school leaving certificate, and an accepted photo. If your data is incomplete, the system will ask you to complete it in the ‘Personal Forms’ tab.  After you fill in the required information, you will be able to print the required documents. Next, bring them in a labelled folder (how to label your folder) and submit them by the date and place indicated in the schedule next to each degree programme in the IRK system.

In order to enrol and submit the documents you have to appear in person, showing your ID or passport.

If you cannot appear in person at the dean’s office when you receive the information about being accepted for the 1 year of studies, another person can do it on your behalf. However, this person will have to present a written authorization signed by you (authorization template).

Note! A candidate who does not complete the required steps by the specified deadline will be rejected!

Information on acceptance to studies

Information regarding your acceptance to studies will appear within a few days in the ‘Applications’ tab after the deadline for submitting documents to the faculty and entering your data into the University Study-Oriented System (USOS).

Candidates with Polish citizenship and foreigners have the possibility to receive an electronic administrative decision of non-admission.

Admitted candidates do not receive an admission decision.  They are admitted on the basis of enrolment to 1st year of studies.
