What is the Corporate Readiness Certificate Programme?
The Corporate Readiness Certificate programme is a prestigious programme for students organised jointly by Kyndryl, Accenture, ING Hubs Poland and EY. It includes lectures and trainings in the field of IT and IT management.
BASIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
The primary goal of the CRC Programme is to create, in cooperation with universities, an attractive educational offer that will enable the most talented and active students to:
- develop at a faster rate,
- acquire and use practical knowledge,
- develop skills to function in a complex, modern business environment.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
CRC is an offer for students who are active and open to acquiring new knowledge and practical skills. Participation in the program is a unique opportunity to gain additional specialist knowledge in the field of IT and work management systems in large enterprises, learn about new areas of business activity, and consequently increase your chances in the labour market.

ING Hubs Poland is a shared services centre located in Katowice, which provides innovative IT services for ING Group companies around the world.
EY is a global market leader in professional services, including auditing, tax, consulting, strategy and transactions.
HOW TO SIGN UP?
Registration for the CRC programme usually starts at the turn of January and February. It is also during that time when entrance exams are held. Classes, in turn, are carried out in the summer semester of the academic year.
The programme ends with a certificate confirming the acquired skills, and opens the door to a career.
