University Residential Area in Sosnowiec is located in Pogoń district, situated approximately 4km from the city centre. The faculties situated nearby include: Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Faculty of Science and Technology. Other objects located in the vicinity include grocery store and a general store, greengrocer’s, bakery, self-service bar, pizzeria, drugstore, florist’s, tramway stops and bus stops. University Residential Area in Sosnowiec is located nearby an exit road to Cracow (DK94), Warsaw (S86) and Pyrzowice airport, which facilitates communication from the centre of Sosnowiec and assures an easy access to the neighbouring cities such as Katowice, Dąbrowa Górnicza and Będzin.

Students are offered single and double rooms with the Internet access. Each building is furnished with freely accessible laundries, drying and ironing rooms, kitchens and study rooms as well as TV rooms and gaming rooms. Each student can request bedlinen free of charge from the linen store. Guest rooms are also available.
