Support of students and doctoral students with disabilities shall be provided by the Student Service Centre through:
- determining the service standards and support standards for students across the university, in particular as regards the faculty administration;
- initiation of and technical supervision over support services provided to students and doctoral students with disabilities as regards admission criteria, implementation of the educational process and support of scientific development (in cooperation with other University units concerned with admission and education);
- initiation of and technical supervision over tasks related to adapting the terms and conditions of admission, education and scientific development to the special needs of students and doctoral students (in particular as regards Individual Adaptation of Studies – IAS);
- initiation and consultation related to removal of architectural barriers;
- provision of psychological and psychiatric support services to students, consulting problematic didactic cases with employees and carrying out preventive actions within the area of mental healthcare of students, doctoral students and University employees;

Additionally, each faculty has appointed its own Accessibility Coordinators (both technical and administrative) who support students directly at faculties and who act as mediators between the students and faculty employees on the one side and employees of Student Service Centre on the other. It is the latter who shall be responsible for providing support to students and doctoral students with disabilities.
