Nagroda im. Profesora Józefa Pietera dla nauczyciela 2022–2023

Nominees

After establishing the competition and informing all primary and secondary schools in the Silesian Voivodeship, teacher training centres, pedagogical libraries, education departments of cities and counties, as well as students and employees of the University of Silesia, almost a hundred applications from the entire voivodeship were submitted, proposing individuals who fit in with the values close to the patron of the award.

After a meticulous analysis of the competition applications and several hours of deliberation, the jury of the award selected five nominees, from which the winner will be selected. The name of this person will be announced during a ceremony on the National Education Day, 14 October 2023, which will take place at Teatr Śląski im. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego [Stanisław Wyspiański Silesian Theatre] in Katowice. We invite you to participate in this event and, above all, to familiarise yourself with the profiles of the nominees.
