On behalf of the Scientific and Organising Committee, we are honoured to invite you to the HYDRO(GEO)LOGIA Conference, which will be held on 18 October 2024 at the Institute of Earth Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice, 60 Będzińska Street, Sosnowiec.
HYDRO(GEO)LOGIA is the first scientific conference, aimed at students and doctoral students as well as the general public, organised by the University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Institute of Earth Sciences.
The aim of our conference is to promote the protection of water resources in the country and the world and the principles of rational water management, to develop knowledge on methods of risk assessment for the water environment, as well as hydrological, hydrogeological and hydrochemical modelling methods.
The conference is intended to enable young scientists to present their research in hydrology, hydrogeology and water management, as well as to introduce a wide audience to a range of current global water issues.

18 October 2024, the building of the Institute of Earth Sciences of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice, at 60 Będzińska Street in Sosnowiec.
