Project goals | Increasing competencies of the administrative staff of the University of Silesia in Katowice including managerial, communication, intercultural, and language competencies as well as shaping among the employees an attitude of openness. The project is addressed to 120 administrative employees of the University of Silesia, individuals directly involved in service for foreigners, including dean’s offices and university administration and individuals supporting the process of admission to studies as well as the material, social, and psychological support of students. |
