Student residence hall no 1 offers 336 accommodation places in both single and double rooms (78 single rooms, 141 double rooms and 8 hotel rooms).
The residence hall, which has been modernized in 2019, is a 4-floor building with a kitchen, bathroom and laundry located on each floor. Students are free to access study rooms, TV rooms and gaming rooms as well as a conference room. All rooms are equipped with Internet access.
The building is the seat of Egida Student Radio Studio.
