Przypominamy, że od 1 lipca 2021 r. rozpocznie się planowana wcześniej termomodernizacja DS 2 i DS 7 na Osiedlu Akademickim w Katowicach-Ligocie. W związku z tym mieszkańcy DS 2 i DS 7 muszą obowiązkowo wykwaterować się najpóźniej do 30 czerwca br. Nie ma możliwości pozostania w tych domach studenckich nawet przez jeden dzień dłużej. Istnieje natomiast ewentualność przeprowadzki do DS 1 w Katowicach-Ligocie lub do akademików w Sosnowcu.
Osoby zainteresowane przeniesieniem się do innego DS powinny zgłosić się mailowo do administratorów DS, w których obecnie mieszkają. W pierwszej kolejności z przeprowadzki będą mogli skorzystać studenci UŚ, którzy mają uregulowane wszystkie płatności za pobyt w DS.

Osoby, które do 30 maja nie zgłoszą chęci przekwaterowania muszą liczyć się z brakiem miejsc w OA w Katowicach-Ligocie i koniecznością zamieszkania w innym miejscu, np. w Sosnowcu.
W nowym roku akademickim 2021/2022 w Katowicach-Ligocie będzie czynny tylko jeden akademik – DS nr 1. Dla wszystkich będą oczywiście do dyspozycji akademiki w Sosnowcu. Przypominamy: wnioski o przyznanie miejsca na nowy rok akademicki składa się w dziekanacie własnego wydziału, można to zrobić już w czerwcu.
We would like to remind you that the thermal modernisation of Student Residence Hall No. 2 and No. 7 at the academic housing estate in Katowice Ligota will start on 1 July 2021. Therefore, the residents of Student Residence Hall No. 2 and No. 7 have to check out by 30 June 2021. There is no possibility of staying at these student residence halls even for one day more. It is possible to move to the Student Residence Hall No. 1 (DS1) at the academic housing estate in Katowice Ligota or to the student residence halls at the academic housing estate in Sosnowiec.
People interested in moving to another student residence hall should address an e-mail to the student residence hall administrators they currently live in. In the first instance, the relocation will be available to students of the University of Silesia who have settled all payments for their stay in student residence halls.

People who do not wish to relocate by 30 May 2021 have to take into account the possible lack of rooms at the academic housing estate in Katowice Ligota and the necessity to live in another location, e.g. the academic housing estate in Sosnowiec.
We kindly inform You that in the new academic year 2021/2022 will be available only one dormitory in Katowice-Ligota – dormitory No. 1. You will be able to use of course from the other dormitories in Sosnowiec.
We remind You: applications for stay in dormitories in new academic year are submitted to Yours Dean’s Office of the Faculty. You can do it already from June.
