Subject of recruitment
Increase of the doctoral scholarship in the amount of PLN 1,280 per month for 9 months of the academic year 2023/2024 for 9 doctoral students. The scholarship will be paid once, in September 2024, with compensation for the entire scholarship period.
Who can apply for the scholarship
A person who meets all of the following conditions can apply for the scholarship:
- Has the status of a doctoral student at a doctoral school;
- Has settled the first year of education at the doctoral school on time and is currently in the second year of education.
- Is entitled to receive a doctoral scholarship.
- Has the status of a foreign doctoral student, i.e. has a citizenship other than Polish or has completed second-cycle studies carried out entirely at a foreign university.
- Is residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, excluding periods of mobility.
- Has submitted a correct application using the form provided in this announcement.
Assessment criteria
The following criteria will be taken into account in the assessment of applications:
- Academic achievements in the first year of education
- Pursuit of an International Doctorate
- Popular Science Activities
If fewer applications are submitted than the number of scholarship places (9), the substantive evaluation of applications is waived.
