Scientific Conference “Cultural Heritage and the Investment Process”

On April 8, 2024, the Scientific Conference “Cultural Heritage and the Investment Process” will take place at the Silesian Museum in Katowice. The conference is co-organized by the Centre for Biomass Energy Research and Education, whose director is dr hab. Iwona Jelonek, associate professor at the University of Silesia (professor at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and chair of the Climate Commission in the Silesian Voivodeship Sejmik).
The research center specializes not only in biomass utilization research but also conducts studies on the architecture of the Anthropocene and the heritage of post-industrial culture. On behalf of the center, the director will deliver a presentation titled “Architecture of the Anthropocene as a Heritage of Post-Industrial Culture.”
