Bear in mind that matters of students so far realized by the dean’s office may be realized via electronic means and on the telephone. Important: due to the current redirection of numbers to mobile phones, employees are not always able to call back, please be patient on the phone. Dean’s offices (to the possible extent related to the general situation) in the basic scope will conduct on-call time in the didactic buildings, however, we suggest that all matters should be initially consulted over the phone or via email. To facilitate the contact, dean’s offices have set up general email addresses, however, you may continue to write to individual addresses of persons employed there.
To apply or a letter electronically please print and sign it and send to the dean’s office at the address indicated below with explanation of what it concerns, a scan or a photograph, alternatively:
