There are three paths of admission to the Doctoral School:

1. An open international admission for academic year 2026/2027. Depending on the scientific/artistic discipline, the competition follows one of the following paths:
   • in the exact sciences (physical sciences, chemical sciences, mathematics, computer and information sciences) and in engineering and technology (biomedical engineering, materials engineering) – the candidate applies for a topic selected from a list and an assigned supervisor,
   • in other disciplines – the candidate independently proposes a topic and finds a supervisor who agrees to supervise him/her.
2. Scholarships from grant competitions,
3. Special programmes, such as Implementation-based doctorate.
