Due to the holiday season, the Doctoral School office will be open on a limited basis in August 2025. If you need to discuss a matter with a specific member of staff, please contact us by email and schedule an appointment.
The office will be open continuously, but most staff members will be on vacation during this time. The staff member, who is on duty, will check the email address szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl.
The Dean of the Doctoral School is on vacation throughout August. The Vice-Dean’s office is scheduled for August 13th, so all documents for signature must be delivered to the office before that date.
