The volume is co-edited by Michał Kania, PhD, DLitt from our Faculty, who prepared the publication together with Marta Andhov, PhD and Sylvie Cécile Cavaleri, PhD.
The book analyzes, among other things, the performance of public contracts, contract amendments, the obligations of the parties, arbitration, digitization, and sustainable development, highlighting the boundaries between public procurement law and the traditional mechanisms of contract law.
The publication is international in scope, combining the EU perspective with the experiences of various countries, and has been made available free of charge via open access on the Bloomsbury Collections platform: https://www.bloomsbury.com/us/public-procurement-and-contract-law-9781509989454/
