We are pleased to invite you once again to the International Scientific Conference “Contemporary problems and challenges of private law”, which will be held on 21-22 October 2021.
The conference is organised by the European and Polish private law research team at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice, together with the Civil Law Scientific Circle “Sapere Aude”, operating at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.
The subject of the conference is devoted to matters of private law, in particular civil law, international private law, commercial law, intellectual property law, consumer law, alternative dispute resolution and new technologies law.

Participation in the conference is for free and will take place on zoom. The language of the Conference is English. In order to take part in the Conference you only have to fill out the form below by October 20, 12:00 PM.

Serdecznie zapraszamy raz jeszcze do uczestnictwa w Międzynarodowej Konferencji Naukowej “Contemporary problems and challenges of private law” (Współczesne problemy i wyzwania prawa prywatnego), która odbędzie się w dniach 21-22 października 2021 r.
Organizatorem konferencji jest zespół badawczy prawa prywatnego europejskiego i polskiego Instytutu Nauk Prawnych Uniwersytetu Śląskiego w Katowicach oraz Koło Naukowe Prawa Cywilnego “Sapere Aude”, działające przy Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Śląskiego.
Tematyka konferencji poświęcona jest szeroko rozumianemu prawu prywatnemu, w szczególności prawu cywilnemu, międzynarodowemu prawu prywatnemu, prawu handlowemu, prawu własności intelektualnej, prawu konsumenckiemu, alternatywnemu rozwiązywaniu sporów oraz prawu nowych technologii.
Załączony plik „Harmonogram” zawiera szczegółowy plan wydarzenia.
Konferencja odbędzie się na platformie ZOOM w języku angielskim, a udział w niej jest bezpłatny. Do godziny 12:00, 20 października należy jedynie wypełnić formularz, do którego link znajdą Państwo poniżej.
