Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach

Od 10 do 20 października 2022 roku Szkoła Doktorska gości Panią Profesor Vilmę Žydžiūnaitė z Uniwersytetu Witolda Wielkiego w Kownie jako profesora wizytującego. Prof. Žydžiūnaitė jest Dyrektorem Instytutu Pedagogiki na Uniwersytecie w Kownie.

Jej zainteresowania badawcze mieszczą się w zakresie: przywództwa i zarządzania kształceniem, szkolnictwa wyższego, tożsamości zawodowej, wartości zawodowych, metodologii badań jakościowych, powiązanie kompetencji politycznych z rolą nauczyciela jako lidera.

W trakcie swojej wizyty profesor Vilma Žydžiūnaitė będzie prowadzić zajęcia z metodyki badań naukowych dla doktorantów i dla studentów pedagogiki. Ponadto zrealizuje kurs dla doktorantów dotyczący przywództwa w nauce (Leadership in science) a także wygłosi wykład pod tytułem „Integrative phenomenology”, po którym poprowadzi otwarte seminarium.

Celem wizyty jest także pogłębienie współpracy w zakresie kształcenia doktorantów i studentów pedagogiki między Uniwersytetem Śląskim w Katowicach a Uniwersytetem Witolda Wielkiego w Kownie. W ramach konsorcjum Transform4Europe planowane jest utworzenie wspólnych programów kształcenia na poziomie studenckim i doktoranckim.
