We will soon announce more details about the intriguing initiative organised within the European City of Science Katowice 2024 – 50 Weeks in the ECSK 2024!
From January to December 2024, we will stroll through diverse thematic paths, focusing on one meticulously selected and developed scientific topic at a time each week. The ideas of the 50 Weeks are devoted to current issues of Polish and worldwide science, the solutions of which are essential to life. The revolve around the following issues: Health and Quality of Life, Climate and Environment, Industries of the Future, Social Innovations, Industrial and Cultural Heritage, Creation and Criticism.

More details about the entire initiative will be posted on miastonauki.pl. The programme is still being created, and we will gradually reveal what’s in it. It will be presented in its entirety during the Opening Spectacle of ECS 2024 in Spodek Arena on 9 December 2023.
