The Polish Academic Championship in men’s futsal took place in Katowice and Mysłowice from 1 to 4 February 2024. 16 universities competed with each other playing a total of 40 matches and scoring a total of 312 goals. The victory in the tournament was snatched by the University Sports Association of the University of Silesia.
On the road to the title, they won against the following teams:
- University of Silesia – School of Banking in Chorzow 4:0,
- University of Silesia – Wrocław University of Science and Technology 8:1,
- University of Silesia – University of Wrocław 2:0,
- University of Silesia – Academy of Physical Education in Katowice 9:2,
- University of Silesia – Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa 6:5,
- University of Silesia – Silesian University of Technology 4:2.
After winning the Polish Academic Championship semi-finals, our students will compete in the Poland Cup, taking place on 22-25 February 2024 in Warsaw.
