Wydarzenie odbędzie się we wtorek 17 marca 2026 roku o godz. 15.00 (czasu polskiego) za pośrednictwem platformy MS Teams (link do spotkania).

High-responsibility teams, such as space crews, must act with particular carefulness, as mistakes can have serious consequences. When AI is added as a team member, the dynamics of teamwork change. This presentation highlights the high demands placed on teams in high-reliability environments and presents current research in the field of human-agent teaming.
Vera Hagemann is a professor of business psychology and human resources at the University of Bremen and head of the master’s program in business psychology. She studied psychology at the University of Trier and earned her doctorate at the Universities of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and Duisburg-Essen (Germany). Her research focuses on teamwork, high-responsibility teams, feedback, training, and human-agent teaming.
