Since academic year 2019/2020, the University of Silesia in Katowice has been authorised to conduct Tisus (Test i svenska för universitets- och högskolestudier) – state examination in Swedish language. In this way, the university joined the group of few other centres in Poland with such authorisation.
Tisus checks the knowledge of Swedish language at C1 level and gives access to studies in Sweden. The exam consists of three parts testing the fluency of reading, writing and speaking.
