The 1 hour webinar aims to refugee, displaced or researchers at risk. It will help them understand better their own emotions and learn about tools for emotional balance.

Relocating to a new country, navigating career uncertainty, and adjusting to unfamiliar surroundings can be deeply challenging. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone – and this webinar is here to help. Together, we’ll explore how stress, anxiety, and burnout show up, particularly in the lives of displaced researchers facing disrupted career paths. You’ll learn how to recognize the early signs of mental strain, understand the messages your mind and body might be sending, and pick up simple, effective strategies to take better care of yourself.

This 1 hour session is not therapy – it’s a supportive first step toward understanding your emotional needs, reducing stigma, and regaining a sense of control over your mental health and well-being.
