ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SKILLS TRAINING NEEDS SURVEY

The LETSGROW project aims to foster collaboration between academic and non-academic sectors, ensuring knowledge and resource exchange that brings mutual benefits and enables a fertile environment for R&I talents. LETSGROW is based on three pillars: training, mobility of talents, and policy development to support this effort.

Training will:

  • focus on equipping R&I talents with the evolving competencies of both sectors;
  • address current gaps by building up talents’ skills as well as the institutional competence to support talents and their careers.

Mobilities will play a critical role in preparing R&I talents to work across sectors.

This Skills Development Needs survey will help the LETSGROW project to identify strengths and priority areas for improvement within your institution.  This survey is directed to researchers at all career stages (including PhD students) and university faculty staff.

Please fill in the survey by the 30th of October.
