The Transform4Europe Alliance invites academic staff holding top and middle managerial position at the universities (i.e. deans, vice-deans, heads of doctoral schools, heads of institutes, degree programme directors etc.) of T4EU universities to participate in Transformational Leadership Programme „Conflict Management: knowledge, attitudes, behaviour“.

The Online Workshop will be held on March 4, 12.00–16.00 CET, via MS TEAMS. Lecturer – Professor Dr. Loreta Bukšnytė-Marmienė (Vytautas Magnus University). English skills at B2 level are required.

Descriptionof the Workshop:

During the training, we will explore the concept of conflict and its key characteristics, as well as examine different types of conflict. We will analyze the psychological mechanisms that often contribute to conflict escalation and discuss practical approaches to effective conflict management.

Lecturer

Professor Dr. Loreta Bukšnytė-Marmienė is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Vytautas Magnus University. She is a mediator and a member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Mediators. Since 2016, she has taught courses on conflict and conflict management at the master’s level and conducted training on this topic for employees in various fields.

Zapraszamy pracowników pełniących funkcje kierownicze w uczelni lub zajmujących stanowiska kierownicze (dotyczy osób zatrudnionych w uczelniach sojuszu T4EU) do udziału w webinarze  pt. „Zarządzanie konfliktami: wiedza, postawy, zachowania” w ramach Transformational Leadership Programme.

Warsztaty online odbędą się 4 marca w godz. 12.00–16.00 czasu środkowoeuropejskiego za pośrednictwem platformy MS TEAMS.

Wykładowca – prof. dr Loreta Bukšnytė-Marmienė (Uniwersytet Wita Mańgusa).

Wymagana jest znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2.

Podczas warsztatu uczestnicy będą mieli możliwość:

• rozwoju kompetencji przywódczych
• zapoznać się z praktycznymi strategiami zarządzania konfliktami
• pogłębić samoświadomości w roli lidera
• wymiany doświadczeń z innymi osobami w podobnych rolach kierowniczych.
